Ready to Cook

Michigan Turkey offers a wide variety of cooked and ready to cook turkey products that focus on breast meat and a number of products that come pre seasoned and flavored. 

Cooking Instructions: 
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (convection) or 325 degrees F (conventional). 
Place roast in roasting pan with 1 inch of water. 
Cook to internal temperature of: 

  • Breast Roast 160 degrees F
  • Breast/Thigh Roast 165 degrees F
  • Thigh Roast 165 degrees F

Total cook time is approximately 20 minutes per pound. Let roast stand for 10 minutes before carving. 

Ready to Eat

Products are available in a variety of shapes and sizes including traditional and pan, in either whole or petite sizes. These quality products are offered in a choice of skin-on and skinless products and in an array of flavors. 

Handling instructions: 
Fresh product must be maintained refrigerated at 28 degrees F - 35 degrees F. Use open packages within 5 days. Freeze within 90 days of pack date.

Heating/Browning Instructions: 
Remove product from bag and place in a shallow pan. Cook at 350 degrees F in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour or until desired serving temperature. Product with turn golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
